Q: Why would I take 3 tablet Nervive daily if the PM is only one tablet a day and a lot cheaper than the 3 a day?

A: Thank you for reaching out and we apologize for any confusion on directions, Nicole. Our directions are in process of being updated across all Nervive Nerve Relief and Nerve Relief PM products. When first starting Nervive Nerve Relief or Nerve Relief PM, we recommend that you take 3 tablets daily only for the first 7 days, then continue with 1 tablet daily thereafter and with each subsequent bottle. The reason for this is that 3 tablets per day starts reducing nerve discomfort in as little as 7 days, whereas 1 tablet per day starts reducing nerve discomfort in as little as 14 days. However, you can start Nervive Nerve Relief or Nerve Relief PM with only one tablet per day if that is your preference.

Such big pills!
I'm not sure yet how well it works. I will say that they're too large for me to take so o crushed them up. They're very spicy crushed up. Like eating pepper. Hopefully I can find smaller version
