Just because they're natural doesn't mean they're healthy
Two of the ingredients are really not safe, especially if you have diabetes. One of the other ingredients can cause an upset stomach and diarrhea. So there are two ingredients here that can really do a job on your stomach. Just don’t take these without researching them because you can have issues.

Surprisingly effective! Had them in my hands a few times but was skeptical and finally after some general research purchased them! The gummy itself is like any gummy based vitamin- chewy and sweet, no weird aftertaste or anything like that. I’ve been taking them for 3 days in the afternoon with lunch and noticed I’m no longer getting the afternoon sleepies!
