They are supposed to help with immunity so I am not sure if they do what they are supposed to. All I can say for now is that I am not a fan of the taste.

I have PTSD and an anxiety disorder. Instead of upping my meds, I'm able to use these instead. Love the clean ingredients. I just wish there was a sugar free option.

I was looking forward to these; however, I really did not notice any difference whatsoever after taking these for the last week. I thought the flavor was fine, as was the texture. I certainly appreciate that they come in a gummy format, since it is probably one of the more popular forms today. I’ll keep taking these for the month and see if I notice any difference.
