They Work, But Brace for the Taste
I’ve been taking these for two months, and yes—they work. But heads up, they can be your best friend or your worst enemy. You need to let them kick in for 30–40 minutes in a dark, quiet space. If you’re scrolling on your phone during that time, don’t expect to sleep—you’ll be wide awake. When I follow the “rules,” they help me fall asleep fast. They definitely do their job, but the taste is terrible—I literally have to watch motivational videos just to get them down. Not everything is perfect, but at the end of the day, they get the job done.

Not for everyone
These caused the opposite results for me and my partner. I took these 3 days in a row because I wanted to ensure it was actually the product and my partner took them for a night and had the same results. First the taste and consistency of these is not good but not unbearable, you will have to brush your teeth after as they’re more of a stick gummy. With these I slept like a rock for a good 2-3 hours and then woke up ready to take on the day like it wasn’t 2 am. I struggle falling asleep but stay asleep once I am, these caused me to be up and down the entire night. They caused a very broken sleep for both my partner and I. Obviously everyone’s body will metabolize everything differently, but for the price, amount of servings, and varying results not really worth it.

I look forward to these every night! Let me just say, if you’re someone expecting to feel knocked out within 15-30 min- not gonna happen. If you’re expecting deep, restful sleep- this will do that! So I love that these relax the mind and body, but you can still function without feeling like you’re going to pass out. I take these an hour before I know I’ll want to really fall asleep, and I really chill out. The edge of the day goes away, my mind eases and the peace that you should have before bed- actually happens. I love these and I’m willing to continue paying the price to keep these as my nightly regimen.

I don’t typically leave reviews good or bad but felt like this one needed to be shared. I purchased these gummies over other due to the 5 star review and I am so disappointed. Paid extra for them (more than I would have for other sleep gummies) and all they have done is made me lose sleep and upset my stomach something fierce. This product is unfortunately a no for me moving forward.

first things first, these are awesomeee. they don’t knock you out, but they bring a wave of calmness so you can get cozy and excited for bed. i feel well rested even if i don’t get a full 8 hours and i love that i don’t have to take melatonin daily now since that’s not the best for you. my mood also feels elevated during the day now. they also taste really good, and in a non-offensive way, they taste like blue raspberry jello shots :p

Been taking these for nearly a month now and Ive noticed improvement in my sleep I take them about 30 minutes before getting into bed and I fall asleep fast and rarely wake up any in the middle of the night I wake up the next morning feeling refreshed Also the gummies taste good as well I could eat way more than two at once but I would probably sleep for days
