Great Product That Works Well For Me
I use potassium gluconate to help with my heart health and to help me maintain healthy blood pressure levels. I think it does a great job. I take just one every day and I have also noticed I don't get muscle cramps the way I used to, and If I do get a muscle cramp it is not a intense. I am a long time Swanson user and I would and do recommend them to friends and family often. You can't beat their quality and value.

For ACHING Muscles, Not CRAMPS.
Works great for aching muscles. Use Magnesium for cramps. Many people need mega-dosage levels of potassium and magnesium for their level of activity.

I take the potassium gluconate tablets twice a day. if I don't take them, I sometimes get bad leg cramps in the middle of the night. As long as I take the tablets no cramps. No side effects from taking the tablets. Consider them to be a good buy and effective purchase.
