    Nothing much, so far...

    I've been taking this for a month. So far, not much difference. By the time I finish the bottle it'll be 2 months, so by then I should know whether to reorder or not.

    Improvement needed

    I have been taking this for years...but, have just become aware of something....magnesium oxide and zinc oxide are the least absorbed in the body....I can't believe I had no idea....I thought I was getting enough of these minerals and now I have to add zinc and magnesium in better absorbed compounds....I just don't understand why Swanson would use such inferior compounds when, for a small amount of money, it can be made with better compounds....

    Contains Cyanocobalamin

    I do not recommend this supplement. It made me nauseous. In addition the high dosage B-12 is Cyanocobalamin - this is a synthetic form of B-12. Fir many people it cannot be digested properly and it breaks down and form a component that is actually not good for the thyroid.

    Works better than expected

    I started taking this and immediately felt better. I had been having some heart rate problems, down about 48 when I was sitting at my desk at work, and my brain was foggy. I went to the dr and they tested my thyroid levels since most of my symptoms fit. They were within “normal” range and my dr told me I was just a tired mom. Ugh. So I decided to start with a supplement and I am so glad I did. I almost immediately felt better and several months in I haven’t experienced any of the same symptoms. Plus I was finally able to loose some weight! Only weird thing is my pee is very very yellow. But that’s just the excess riboflavin.

    I'm sorry, but I didn't notice online that it had shellfish. I took 2 capsules and began itching a lot, so looked at the full ingredient list on the bottle and noticed shellfish was written on it. I have an allergy to that so am not able to continue taking this product. Ann Fox

    good product

    started taking these about 12 years ago when my thyroid started to fail. My lab results improved in a years time and I did not take the thyroid supplement recommended by my doctor

    Eat with it...not for those with sensitive stomachs

    I only took it once as it made me sick to my stomach, so I've been afraid to try it again.. Perhaps I should have eaten first...it does say take with food and water.

    Great Energy

    I take two capsules at lunch or later and they give me long sustained energy and focus. More than my B supplement, thus I just order this. Unfortunately is is not available right now, must be popular. I am going to have to stock up.

    Great Ingredients

    I have been using this daily for at least 5 years. It seems to keep my slow thyroid within healthy bounds. I did try another brand while this was out of stock for 2-3 months and there was a difference even though the ingredients were very similar. This is the superior product.

    I feel a difference!

    I've been using this for about 7 months. I used to be tired all the time, now I'm not. This was the only change. I don't use stimulants of any kind so I have a real boost of energy I didn't have before. It did take about 3 months but that's ok, it's NOT a drug and nutrition products just take a while. Another reviewer mentioned a bad odor-yes, it smells ugly but I don't get any "after burps" so it doesn't matter. I take 2 with my breakfast(directions on bottle say to take with food). Very pleased with results!

    it's good,

    i can't really tell a difference . It was a "try it before i commit" kinda thing. So far i don't see or feel results that impress me. So i,m not sure if I will order this again.
