Warped lookinh and it does sound off
The vinyl itself looks warped and I’m getting wayyy too many cracks and pops going on. Sounds like it’s slow and then speeds up some. I tried another vinyl from a different artist and no issue. Her she learned her lesson and doesn’t use the same record press next time around.

Love sza but it skips
I don’t know if I’ve ever owned a vinyl that skips so frequently. I love Ctrl very much and having the record skip really sucks, I recommend you buy your vinyls from another store.

Not good
With such mixed reviews I was really hoping to get a good one. Each record skipped and the sound quality when it wasn’t skipping was terrible. I wasn’t able to return it in store and there wasn’t another copy to exchange in store so this was my first return/refund/exchange process that was difficult at Target. I had to request a refund online. So disappointed I was really looking forward to this album on vinyl.

The bad reviews are true
All the bad reviews are unfortunately true. This record came extremely warped even though it was “new” and wrapped. I honestly suspect they are repackaging returned vinyls that had poor quality control. I was hoping I would get lucky since I couldn’t say no to the price. I played the vinyl and i haven’t had issues with skipping but my stylus is visibly moving more compared to playing my other vinyls. A real shame that such a great album had such bad pressings.

Missing a vinyl
Got it in store, went home and it came with two side 3/4 so I only got half the album. If you pick it up in store maybe check to make sure you have both vinyls before you drive off.

I am currently obsessed with this album so I was super glad to find it in sale from Target in beautiful translucent green vinyl. I have to say, it is one of the best sounding records in my collection. No skipping, crackling or background noise whatsoever and all the sounds and vocals have the perfect balance. Had a sticker that says ‘vinyl made in France’ which makes me love it even more. Get this gem.
