So far so good

I've only used this one time, so this review is based on the first use. I was dissatisfied with the Instapot due to the poor pressure and seal, and wanted to go back to a stove top pressure cooker. This was great, built presssure immediately, had a tight seal and cooked in the expected amount of time. It does need a lot of liquid and I had to refill halfwal through. Food came out perfect. So far, so good! Brillo is needed to clean the pot and lid as the food cooks into the material.
