Q: Can I use it to deep fry a turkey
A: ® Stainless Cookware features oven-safe handles that can withstand oven temperatures up to 500°F. Glass lids are oven safe to 350°F only. Caution should be used when handling any cookware handles and we recommend the use of potholders COOKING OVER A GAS BURNER When cooking over a gas burner, make certain the flame touches only the pan bottom. If the flame comes up the sides of the pan, energy is wasted and the sides of the pan may become permanently discolored. IMPORTANT NOTE: Cuisinart® Stainless Cookware has exceptionally high thermal conductivity, and even a low setting on some gas burners will overheat or even burn foods such as thinly sliced onions. An inexpensive gas “flame-tamer” placed between the burner and the bottom of the pot solves this problem. Flame-tamers are readily available at most hardware stores

Q: Does water collect under the lid edge? I have glass lids and they collect water/ moisture under the rim and you can't clean them.
A: Glass lids fit tight to lock in flavor, texture, and nutrients.

Q: What grade stainless steel is this?
A: The Cuisinart cookware is in 18/0 not 18/10. The only line in Cuisinart that is 18/10 is the French Try Ply.
