Q: The assembled height says 21” but is that with or without the 8” shade ? I need a lamp that’s about 30” tall from base to top of shade.
A: The total height 21 inches is with the shade.

Q: I bought this lamp in-store and need a replacement shade for it. None of the mix-and-match shades fit. The base of the lampshade is flat and screws onto the lamp base before the light bulb. What shade style goes with this?
A: This lamp base uses a "Uno" (also known as "Euro") style lamp shade fitting, meaning the shade attaches to the light socket using a ring just below the lightbulb. The ring on the original shade is 1.5" in diameter, so a replacement shade will need to have a ring at least this large in order to fit onto the lamp base. If you have a difficult time finding this size, it's always an option to use an Edison clip lamp fitting, which has arms that hug the lightbulb and attaches the shade directly to the bulb.
