A: I put every type of bulb in this lamp and it didn’t work. I took it back with a sad face. I love it. I have to drive 80 miles to a target so I had to return.

Q: Bought this lamp. Really like it. The label on the light portion socket states: MAX 120 V AND also states MAX 42 WATTS. My question is, can I use a 120 watt light bulb or not? It's very confusing

No. you should not use a 120-watt light bulb in a socket rated for a maximum of 42 watts and 120 volts. Using a bulb that exceeds the wattage rating of the socket can cause overheating, potentially leading to fire or damage to the fixture. A light bulb with a wattage of 42 watts or less can be used in a socket that states a maximum of 120 volts and 42 watts. Q: Need to know diameter of top AND bottom of shade. The bottom shade circumference measurement is given as 12.2 inches and height as 8.3" inches above response.

I almost didn’t purchase this lamp because of the steep price but I caved when it went on sale. The sale price is still high but worth it. I was pleasantly surprised that it’s a medium sized lamp. Was expecting small. The material and design are great quality. It was shipped in a small box with very little protection. The box was squished and damaged but not the lamp! I ordered an Amazon rechargeable bulb with remote like another reviewer suggested and it is perfect! No need to plug it in and can be moved anywhere. The style works in so many areas of the house. The lamp gives a soft warm glow with the light bulb I am using. Very cozy! Just fyi for anyone that cares is the color of the wicker is on the lighter side. More of the hyacinth and not seagrass.

This lamp has amazing style at an affordable price. Being sturdy and with significant texture, it's great small lamp. The only drawback is that it's short (15 inches high) and the lightbulb cannot exceed 42 watts. But its style is so perfect, especially for a Nancy Meyers vibe.

The lamp is stunning but mine would not stay on. I would turn it on and after a few minutes it would turn off. It comes with a lightbulb so I thought maybe that was the issue. I tried several different lightbulbs and several different outlets but the same thing happened. I am returning my lamp.

Received lamp. It's perfect size, color and shape. It's adorable! But the shade is not level and will not stay level. So after thinking I could live with it I decide I am taking it back tomorrow to local Target. Well when I was putting it back into the box it came in I found a plastic piece that appears to have broken off the shade.

Ok so I cringed at the price because it’s $70, but I kept coming back to this lamp. Finally decided to order it. It is adorable in person, and I am SO GLAD I bought it!!! It is the perfect warm, cozy little lamp. The glow and style of the light just makes my house feel even homier. I plan on using it as a kitchen counter lamp, but my husband also likes it so we are ordering a 2nd one for our bathroom! $70 is so steep for a lamp, but this one is worth it!! I am so happy I decided to buy it (and even better my husband likes it). Ordering my 2nd one now:)
