These do NOT work at home and the products are low quality. The soft tortillas stick together and are so brittle they break when you try to separate or fold them. The hard shell gets soggy FAST! Not much flavor to the finished crunch wrap. And trying to make these at home just doesn’t work. The lettuce gets hot and soggy and the soft tortilla won’t stay closed so you can’t cook them in a pan well. I tried pining it closed with cheese and cooking in the air fryer and it was still a mess. And no matter how I prepared them, the final product just seemed like meld together into a mess.

This product is totally inadequate!! Where do I begin. Purchase on 8/24 and tried to put the kit together on 8/29 oversees. I opened the box after all ingredients made. Tortillas' stuck together, cracked and bent on the sides. All the other ingredients where fine. I managed to save one as the others where stuck together. I assemabled the CR and it fell apart and crumbled not even making it to the pan for frying. Major disappointment. I'm baffled though, because of all the reviews online stating the tortillas where the problem mostly being stale. This product STILL remains on the shelf. Perhaps it's the packing not sealed properly or the tortillas' were 'STALE' to begin with when put into the plastic rap. I would appricate a refund of $6.99. I tried calling this no 1 (888) 572 3809 I obtained from a review I saw on Target.com, but no one answers. I love Target, but Taco Bell must improve this product.

Great idea, poor execution. The tortillas are folded in the box, so you go to make them and the tortillas are ripped or broken, so you can’t make a Crunchwrap at all, very disappointing.

Stale shells and tortillas. Seemed like such a great idea, but the tortillas are folded and are so stale and dry that they broke where folded and were all stuck together.

These were such a disappointment. They don’t expire for another 3 months and the tortillas were inedible they were so stale. Do yourself a huge favor and just buy the ingredients separately for cheaper!
