That being said these shoes are extremely uncomfortable, even after wearing a few times. Now I know why they were on a discount. I would return them if I could.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first non-dress shoe or boot from Taft. I will say this shoe is great looking, as all Taft shoes are, but it also is comfortable. The quality material will need to be broken in a little, just to get that added flexibility across the entire shoe.

And when they came in the mail they looked way better in person and were comfortable to wear. I ordered a 1/2 size down and my feet still have plenty of room. Yet, I need a shoe horn to put them on. I ended up using them in my engagement pictures and they really do look amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Style of the show is great but the material/leather is particularly sharp by the ankles. I had to wear thick socks to prevent my skin becoming irritated or start bleeding. I would rate 2.5 out of 4 stars if that was an option.

I started with the cap toe in honey (style) as well as style 103 in oxblood and espresso. I have received compliments on all from several people. I am age 74 and it surprises sone that we older folks can still be stylish. Excellent fit and comfort. I look forward to more styles and colors. A newly found happy customer Don Lybbert

The only reason I'm rating it 3 stars is because it was a Final Sale and the size is wrong. The sizing said "true to size" but it's about half a size too large. Unfortunately I can't exchange them because it was a final sale because the shoes themselves are gorgeous. Too bad I won't be able to wear them.
