I purchased a set and I cannot add the last piece (part F)to the seat (part E) Because it is faulty and has the holes on the outside rather than the inside. Plus, the directions are pretty terrible and on top of that all the screws are washed out and contacting them is really hard. That's the reason I'm doing this review hoping that they reach out to me since I just bought this.
