Works flawlessly.

Just bought this USB hub. Plugged into my Asus laptop. Checked all ports on my laptop and the hub and they all connected immediately.

USB not working

I just bought this USB hub two days ago (April 6, 2020) and tried to plug it into my laptop and it does not work. I keep getting "unknown device, descriptor failed" I tried with another laptop i have it got the same error. Now, the store that I purchased it at will not let me return it. SOOOOO frustrating because I needed extra ports as I am working from home and can not do what I needed it to do. I do NOT recommend this product at all.
