Rivets stay tight
Handle joints are where my pans usually start going wrong, first a bit of wobble and then a lot. Many months in and this one is as tight as the day it arrived. The rivets are properly set.

Superb!
Not going to lie, I usually hate most things I buy, and this pan is the exception. I bought it so I could finally throw out my old griddle, and I probably would have loved anything that let me do that, but this one is genuinely excellent. Great heat transfer, easy to clean, and I love the stainless steel handle. Highly recommended. And in case you're wondering, you can make a superior grilled cheese on it.

Nonstick
Seems completely nonstick, with nothing catching, though I never let the surface go above 450F. The heating is uneven, even on a five inch gas burner. I cooked pancakes by keeping the center around 450F and the corners at about 350F, flipping them along a radial axis for the best heat distribution, which made it manageable. The release meant cleanup was a quick wipe with a paper towel, and cooking without oiling the surface is a real benefit.

Breakfast sandwich hero
Breakfast sandwiches are my Saturday ritual, with eggs, bacon, and the toast all going on one surface at the same time. Because the heat is consistent everywhere, things actually finish together instead of me parking something off the burner while it waits. Eggs come off clean with no fat in the pan. Cleanup is quick enough that I do it before sitting down to eat, which I never bothered with before. It's the pan I reach for more than any other.

Best Pan Ever!
Picked up the flat pan for pancakes and now I use it for eggs and fried rice too. Nothing sticks and cleaning is easy. Buy it.

Well-Designed, Well-Manufactured
Writing this on my wife's behalf, since she's the one who loves it, and we all know the ancient wisdom: if the lady of the house enjoys her kitchen tools, everyone benefits. The handle angles slightly upward, which turns out to be excellent for guiding and maneuvering the pan. The surface so far looks durable and shrugs off stains and burned-on drips. The size seems ideal, a shade larger than her previous favorite griddle, yet just as easy to store. The three I gave on light weight is really surprise that weight was offered as an attribute at all. Any decent griddle will be at least heavy-ish, and that's only a demerit if lifting heavier items is difficult for you. The handle is long enough for two hands in any case.

Best Griddle Pan ever.
Just love this TECHEF griddle pan. I'd never owned a flat one, only a square ridged pan with frying pan sides, and that's going to the charity shop now. I had no idea what I was missing. This one is a class act: heavy duty, a lovely light grey, and so easy to clean. I haven't touched a frying pan since it arrived. You can use it in the oven and on the BBQ, and it's great for camping. If you're on the fence, jump over it, because you won't be sorry. And for the record, the company didn't ask me for this review. I've written it because I love the thing and I hope it helps, since I always read reviews before buying.

Quality!
High quality griddle pan and I expect to use it for years. Good weight, and it's even oven safe. Plenty of griddles warp, but this one comes with a warranty that puts it right. What more do you want?

Nice quality! Hasn't changed colors!
Holding up great. Multiple uses and it hasn't changed color at all. Heats evenly too.

Just right for one
Enough room for a full meal without being an awkward slab to wash and store for one person. Square also just makes more sense when what you're cooking is bread or a sandwich.

Bacon perfection
Bacon is the whole reason I bought it and it delivers. Strips lie flat, cook the same shade end to end, and the grease drifts off toward the low walls instead of pooling under the meat. Nothing has stuck yet.

Right size solo
Cooking for one usually means a pan that's either too big or too crowded. A single serving of eggs and toast fits this square with room to move a spatula, and it slides flat into my cabinet. Someone clearly thought about the dimensions.

Great replacement for our teflon griddle
Wanted to replace our teflon griddle and this does the job. No need for spray oil, the cooking temperature is even, and it cleans easily.

A less toxic option
Bought this looking for something with less toxic components and so far I'm pleased. It does stain a little more easily, but that's the least of my concerns. Feels very sturdy.
