Sturdy and slick
Terrific grill pan. The ceramic surface releases very well and the whole thing feels sturdy.

Vegetables love it
I didn't expect to have opinions about a pan and yet here we are. Zucchini, eggplant, peppers all come out with proper marks. The ridge depth is right and nothing catches.

Family favorite
Bought it as a birthday present for my husband and now there's a line for it. Chicken, asparagus, even shrimp — everything tastes better than it did in the beat-up skillet we were using.

Nontoxic
I spent a weekend reading up on cookware coatings before I bought anything. No PTFE, no PFAS, no cadmium or lead in this one. The fact that it also cooks well is almost a bonus at that point.

Converted
Went in skeptical about ceramic. A few rounds of steak and fish later I'm converted. No spray, no butter, food just lets go. Washing takes about thirty seconds.

Substantial
It's got some heft to it, more than I expected, but that's not a complaint. Feels like real cookware. Grilled salmon on it and a damp cloth took care of the rest.

Overdue upgrade
No PTFE, no PFAS, and cooking just feels less fraught because of it. The ceramic holds its own against any chemical nonstick I've owned. This was the upgrade I'd been putting off.

Two years strong
Bought mine back in 2022. Three, sometimes four times a week, and it still looks close to new. I stick to the care instructions and that's probably most of it. Cheap for what it's given me.

Lighter than cast iron
Heavier than the cheap stuff, way lighter than cast iron. That middle ground is exactly what I wanted — I can lift it one-handed without thinking about it. Sizing works well for the three of us.

Great, then hopeless
First few uses were great. Now everything sticks to it horribly, and I've tried cleaning and soaking with no success at all. Very disappointing.

Pretty and practical
It looks good sitting on my range — the silver goes with everything else in the kitchen. But it's not just a pretty pan. Pancakes, fish, chicken, all of it cooks evenly and comes up clean.

Cool handle
High quality product that seems built to last. Made in Korea, and the handle feels top notch and doesn't get overly hot while cooking.

Magnet won't hold
Advertised as induction ready with a heavy base, described as extra-heavy gauge aluminum with a stainless steel base. That's false advertising, because not every stainless steel works on induction. The first thing I did was put a strong magnet on the base and it wouldn't hold.

Burgers look ordered
My last grill pan had rust in the grooves and ridges that had gone uneven. This one's flat and smooth with uniform ridges, so everything cooks the same. Burgers come off looking like I ordered them out.

Premium out of box
It felt premium straight out of the box. First thing I cooked was salmon and it lifted off in one piece. The ridges gave it some texture and cleanup was a rinse. No notes.

Weeknight game changer
Stovetop grilling always felt like more trouble than it was worth. Not anymore. It's hot in a few minutes, cooks evenly, and there's basically no cleanup on the back end. Changed my weeknights.

Even
Months in and I still can't find a hot spot. Center to edge it cooks the same, which matters more than you'd think when you've got several things going in the pan at once.

Favorite
Korean BBQ at home is a regular thing here and this pan takes it in stride. Meat doesn't grab, the fat drains off between the ridges, and it wipes down in seconds. Favorite thing in my kitchen right now.

No scratches yet
We love these, and so does everyone who comes to visit. They've been in use since Christmas without a single scratch on any of them.

Relieved
Giving up my Teflon pan took some convincing but the PFAS reading got to me. Turns out ceramic has come a long way. Nothing sticks and I've stopped wondering what's ending up in dinner.
