Great, but heavy

really nice skillet, no complaints on performance. eggs slide, cleanup is fast, heat is even. its slightly heavy, which i feel when its full and im pouring something off one handed. not an issue for me but worth knowing if your shoulders or wrists give you trouble. four stars purely for the weight, everything else earns five.

Almost five stars

nearly a perfect ceramic skillet. the release has held through months of daily cooking, heat is even, cleanup is nothing, and the handle is sturdy and cool to the touch. holding back a star for two small things, no lid exists for it and the exterior discolored a little over my gas burner. neither affects the cooking. make a lid and id call it perfect and stop thinking about it.

Bought two sizes

We bought two sizes and both are high quality and remarkably easy to clean. A small spray of Pam is all I use. Haven't braved eggs with no oil at all yet.

Still perfect since 2019

Extremely well built. Mine came home in January of 2019 and gets used nearly every day, metal utensils included, without a single scratch, chip or loss of slickness. I've been pleased enough that I bought a spare and put it away, though it doesn't look like I'll be reaching for it any time soon. Buy one, you'll be glad you did.

Not perfect for eggs

Four months of careful use, never overheated, and so far so good. It's fairly heavy and not cheaply built like the nonsticks you find in most shops. Heat distribution is very good, and even at a lower setting it browns meat well. The only thing keeping it from five stars is that it isn't quite perfectly nonstick for eggs, even with butter.

We fight over it

two cooks in one house and we fight over this pan constantly. my husband takes it for eggs in the morning, i want it for dinner, and whoever gets there first wins. its the only pan either of us reaches for because everything releases and cleanup takes seconds. ordering a second this week to settle it.

Six weeks then decline

for about six weeks i loved this. genuinely nonstick and a pleasure to cook on. then the slide began. the ceramic stained and no amount of gentle washing brought the white back. worse, the release fell off hard. by month four i was oiling it like a plain stainless pan. the construction is fine but the cooking surface gave out far too early. not buying another.

Fourteen months

Fourteen months ago I bought this 12 inch pan and now everything sticks to it. In fairness it did work as advertised for about a year, and worked very well: solidly built, good heat distribution, nice handle, no warping. But the point of a nonstick pan is that food doesn't stick. A year is merely acceptable depending on what you paid, I suppose. I probably won't buy again, given other owners whose release lasted a matter of weeks.

Cleanup won me over

what won me over was the cleanup, so thats what ill talk about. i cook dinner six nights a week for three people, which means seared chicken, ground beef, fried rice, eggs most mornings, and the odd night where a sauce reduces further than intended. every one of those comes out with warm water and a soft cloth. no soaking, no scraping, no baking soda paste, no scrubby sponge chewing up the coating. on the worst nights ive added a drop of soap. six months of that and the surface hasnt dulled or stained, which i honestly did not expect. the cooking is excellent too, heat is even edge to edge and the handle stays cool. but the cleanup is what made me willing to cook on a weeknight at all.

Thick base pays off

base on this is thick and you can feel what that does. my old pan had a hot ring in the middle and burned whatever sat there. this one carries heat right to the rim, so a pan full of vegetables cooks at one rate instead of me pushing things around. four months in, release still perfect, and it goes in the oven when something needs finishing.
