Love this brand of pans and lids. They are lightweight but still evenly cook/fry. The company claims - and I have no way of verifying - that the coating is not harmful. (My thinking on this topic is I have had other non-stick pans and no health problems so hopefully this product is just as good.) I bought my pans, a large pot and lids after using this pan. I also bought a full set as a present for a dear friend who has encountered some very hard times.

Nice durable ceramic fry pan
I have several TECHEF cookware including their Ceraterra line of pans. They are some of the best cookware that I own. This Valencera frying pan so far is even better non-stick ceramic coating. Literature states it is PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium free so no unhealthy chemical coatings. Eggs just easily slide in the pan. Easy cleanup and feels like a very durable pan. Just make sure you read all the directions first and don't heat on high heat

Bought too late
Two months in and I wish I had bought them sooner. The weight is just right, substantial enough to feel well made but light enough to handle easily.

Very Impressed With This
Seems to be a very high quality product: weighty, nonstick, and it heats quickly and evenly. I plan to buy more in future.

Low expectations exceeded
Purchased these without much expectation and they have performed very well, living up to the hype. Very pleased.

I use this thing at least once a day.
Cooking breakfast almost every morning here, eggs included, and while this has become less nonstick over time it has never become awful to clean, and it hasn't chipped or flaked.

Great Cookware
Several pieces of cookware from this company have come through my kitchen and they've all held up beautifully. They clean easily too.

Crepes and eggs
Legitimately nonstick and so easy to clean. Mostly I cook eggs over medium and they slide around freely. Crepes in the large pan are effortless.

I LOVE this product :)
Recently picked up this ceramic nonstick frying pan and I have to say it's the best thing for scrambling eggs. Being ceramic means no harmful gases even at higher temperatures, and PFAS-free comes with the territory. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous nonstick pan
Updated to add that this is my favorite pan and I've recently ordered a few more matching pieces. I love the white and black, though do clean the white part regularly since it shows splatter, obviously. The white coordinates with my cabinets and the black blends into my induction cooktop. My favorite thing about it, though, is the confirmation that it's free of lead, cadmium and other toxic contaminants. My ADHD daughter has a chronic tic condition, so I'm on a mission to remove any potential toxins that might trigger flares, since every little helps. I'll admit I thought I'd ordered a sauce pan, but I'm glad I got this instead, because it puts my heavily used faux hexclad fry pan to shame, and that old pan was questionable on heavy metals anyway. My cabinets are white and this is just so pretty. Now I want a hanging rack so I can have it on display all the time. It's dishwasher safe as well. What's not to love? Just don't use metal utensils or scratch the surface. Trust me, I don't hand out glowing reviews often. Updating again to say that even starchy pasta dishes don't stick. Everything stayed moist and cooked far better than in my previous faux hex clad pan. All I had to do was rinse and wipe the droplets off. It looks clean and modern and I'm looking forward to cooking more in it.

Losing its non-stick after 8 months
Gently hand washed only, silicone utensils only, and it's already losing its nonstick after eight months of light to moderate use, one to three times a week, since we use stainless for most things. There are no visible scratches. Such a shame, because it really did work beautifully at first, but I'd look elsewhere for something longer lasting.

Both great and beautiful cookware
Great looking, well built cookware. I don't normally use nonstick but I decided to try the ValenCera and I love it. Good design, well built, well balanced, and it feels great in my hand. Highly recommend. I own the 8, 10 and 12 inch.

Heavy duty and heats evenly
Heavy duty and it heats evenly. The ceramic is good quality and genuinely nonstick. A great pan for everyday cooking and a good size for a family of four. Highly recommend.

No more flaking
Couple of months in and we are happy with them. We bought this set because the coating on our last pans kept flaking into our food.

Astonishing
Shockingly good for the price. They work brilliantly on induction hotplates, heat up very fast, and cook without sticking even with no oil at all.

Fabulous Quality
Excellent pan with real weight to it. It cooks evenly, cleans easily, and the coating is extremely smooth. Highly recommended. My only gripe is that it doesn't come with a cover, which isn't nearly enough to stop me loving it. I'd like to get more from this brand.
