Works well and at a good price

Happy with this pan. The nonstick works well and it doesn't give that odd crispy edge some nonsticks do. I also overheated it by mistake without damaging it, so it's a quality pan for the price. I'm now buying a smaller size.

This is a pretty good non-stick pan

Pretty good nonstick pan. We got it for an induction cooktop, where it works reasonably well, though it doesn't seem to convert energy to heat as efficiently as our iron frying pans; I usually have to turn the power level higher for the same heat. Typically nonstick pans last me about a year before the coating gets too sticky and needs replacing, and that has happened with expensive and cheap pans alike, so in my experience I might as well buy cheap. I've only had this a couple of months, so I can't say it will wear out, though I see no reason to think it won't.

Better pan than I expected...

Nice hefty feel to this, and the coating seems tough enough. It goes into a hot oven easily to finish dishes off, thanks to the solid metal handle. Highly recommend.

Durable and lightweight

Pan meets expectations

Weeks of use and I have only minor critiques. The build quality is solid, the handle is comfortable and the heat distribution seems good. The nonstick coating works great, though it looks as though it wasn't applied entirely uniformly, and it has scratched a little even though I use plastic utensils exclusively. Neither bothers me, as long as they don't cause problems later, because the pan still functions completely. Overall I'd recommend it and I'll probably buy TECHEF again.
