Without a doubt the best cookware around!
I have the small omelet pan, and the discontinued 9.5" size wok/stir fry pan, both pieces are about 5 years old and work like new. No scratches to the non stick and i cook everything in that larger pan. Wanted to add something new to replace another brand i have so I bought two frying pans, with lids and the small soup pot and they sent a pair of kitchen shears as a gift! Getting the new pieces on sale was an additional bonus!

The one that stayed
Countless eight inch nonstick pans have come and gone in my kitchen. The last one died sooner than it should have and I started looking again. This one caught me with the color, the exact size I wanted, and the details in the listing. It is too early for me to speak about longevity, but I have plenty of good things to report. Anyone fond of purple and its variations will be pleased. The photos online are accurate, or my monitor is unusually good, or both. The coating has an iridescence over the aubergine tone, just as it appeared on screen. Lovely when that happens. The sides are taller than any pan I have owned, right about two inches. Sounds trivial, but it is not. I have flipped an over easy egg before and watched the runny part fly clear of the pan. The taller wall stopped that from happening and I am delighted. Weight feels substantial with good balance between handle and body. It sits flat on my electric coils, which means even cooking. To test how it moved heat, I sliced potatoes, added coconut oil, and cooked them ahead of the eggs. I stayed patient at one notch above medium because the instructions warn against overheating. The potatoes turned golden and cooked through, and the eggs were flawless. Handling starchy potatoes that burn easily and delicate eggs that need attention tells me this pretty pan will manage anything suited to a small pan. High hopes here, and I am already thinking about another size. The verdict is that it passes with flying colors, pun fully intended.

The exception to the rule
Money has gone into plenty of expensive pans over the years and every one let me down. These are the exception. You will love them.

A year in, still slick
Been using mine for a year now and it has held every bit of its quality. Genuinely nonstick, and I would tell anyone to get one.

Grandkids get omelettes
Egg compliance is all I ask for and this pan delivers. I make omelettes for my grandchildren and it matters that the omelette rolls and stays even. No sticking at all. They adore Pa's cheese omelets, so I had to buy one for them too, so my daughter in law can make them the same way.

Third from this brand
Happy with this pan, my third from TeChef, and it has not let me down. Good weight, sits flat on the burner without tipping, and the finish is genuinely pretty. It is the newest of the three and already well used, yet it looks new, as do the older two. They all heat evenly and wash up easily every time. I will keep adding pieces.

I LOVE THIS PAN
I love this frying pan! It is definitely non stick, easy to use and easy to clean. It is also such a beautiful, rich color! Works way better than the Greenpan ceramic nonstick pans which I will never be purchasing again.

My favorite frying pan
Everything gets cooked in this pan. It is big enough for one pan meals, heats well enough for smaller jobs, and both heats and cools quickly. The coating is phenomenal, the color is gorgeous, and now I just need to get myself a lid.

Lives up to the praise
So far this has earned the praise. Nothing needs oil, food slides right out, and even melted cheese oozing out of a grilled cheese refuses to stick. The surface looks untouched too. I try to stay with plastic spatulas, but sometimes they are all in the sink and a metal one gets used, and there are still no gouges or marks. That says something about how long it will last. No odd smell when it heats either, which tells me the coating is decent. The handle is solid, and the lid off my old skillet happens to fit it exactly so I did not have to hunt one down. Pleased with the money spent.

Just a teflon pan
Honestly it is a teflon pan and it will last about as long as any other, so you may as well keep your stainless steel. I expected more, and after a year and a half I am going back to steel. It might survive if you live alone and are the only one handling it, but with a spouse in the picture, skip it. Also amusing: unless it sits perfectly centered on my induction range it will not heat at all. I suspect they went light on the iron content.

Fifty years, nothing better
Fifty years of cooking and nothing has served me better. Versatile, easy to wash, and five years in it is still going strong. I cook with it nearly every day.

After one year of constant use...
Our household does nearly all its cooking in a twelve inch pan, and ours typically last between eight months and a year. This one made it to eleven months. It worked great until around month nine, when things stopped releasing quite as well, though still not badly. By month eleven it was sticking much more, and cooking crabs finished it off when the hard shells went through the remaining coating and exposed the black metal underneath. The handle was comfortable throughout. I was impressed and I will keep looking for the perfect pan elsewhere. I hand wash only with a sponge and detergent, avoid metal utensils on nonstick, try not to leave acidic food sitting in it, and use cast iron for very high temperature searing, so this was never exposed to extreme heat.

Plastic handle melted
Metal handled version is the better buy and I own both now. This one looks nicer but the plastic handle will melt if you put it over a large burner. The coating is still good and eggs cook fine without oil.

Four years and counting
Four years with this pan and we still love it. My husband fries his eggs in it nearly every morning and I use it a few times a week. We like it enough that I just ordered another for my daughter, who asked for a good nonstick pan.
