Waited too long
Waited far too long to buy these and they have changed everything. They cook without anything sticking, clean up with a quick spray and wipe, and leave no spots. I have already bought several sets.

Super non-stick
No weird smell either, unlike the OXO I bought, which had a plastic odor when heated that never went away. That's why I bought this one, and it's much better. For me the 8 inch is right for scrambling two or three eggs, or pan-frying a single fish fillet. If I were cooking four eggs I'd reach for something larger.

Non-stick doesn't last!
Eight months with the 8 and 10 inch pans, and I live alone so they don't get heavy use. I carefully follow the advice to cook on medium to low heat. Even so, the nonstick is disappearing. I'd like to know whether the company has any suggestions for restoring it, or whether the pans simply aren't what they claim. Not happy at all.

Right size for one
Used a lighter, less safe pan for a very long time before this one, which is heavier and better. Being able to finish off my salmon fillets is exactly what I'd needed for ages.

Great until it isn't
Bought this 8 inch pan in July 2022 and started using it straight away, at least once a week, on medium heat with a wooden or silicone spatula. Sixteen months on, sections of the interior look as though there's a thin film of food stuck to them, and on closer inspection some of the shiny finish has come away. Even scrambled eggs with plenty of butter stick now. We've gone back to buying an ordinary nonstick at half the price, since the lifespan works out about the same. I loved it while it was in mint condition, though. Beautiful finish, perfect size, and a nice heavy feel that never slid around on our glass stove top.

Good pan, short life
Second purchase of this same pan for us. It works well, but after about a year food starts sticking, especially around the sides. At such a low price I suppose it's worth buying one a year, though not otherwise.

very high quality
Looks and feels great, cleans very easily, and after about a year it still looks new. Mostly I make scrambled eggs in it and use cast iron for most other things, especially in cold weather when I don't mind the lingering heat, since this one is nicer in summer. I use it on an induction top and it works great. I've decided to get the matching lid to make it more versatile, which arrives in a couple of days, and I'll review that separately.
