TECHEF Eggcelente Pan, Nonstick Multi Egg Pan

Genuinely nice product, my one issue being how hard it is to flip the food. A lid would help, so you could turn the whole pan over with the lid on, like the pans made for fish.

Most used pan in our house. I needed to replace my egg pan and picked this one, honestly because it was purple. I could not decide between all the options and purple won. It goes on the stove every single day. My daughter in law makes dollar pancakes in it and I make eggs, especially for sandwiches. Today I made potato pancakes and fell in love all over again. The color may have hooked me, but the design has earned my loyalty.

Skeptical about the coating lasting, and I was completely wrong. It has made perfectly shaped eggs for my family every morning. I bought a second for my mom and she loves it too. Great product.

Great gift, this one. We love breakfast sandwiches and cook two eggs and two sausage patties at once. Simple to use, simple to clean, and it holds the egg in place at just the right size. Highly recommend.

Heats up quickly, so pancakes will burn if you look away, but we like it. On our electric stove five is as high as it needs to go, and it drops from ten in under a minute. It still looks new after use, and no oil is required.

Four eggs at the right size for English muffins is what I get out of it. The trouble is flipping them and lifting them out, since a normal turner will not fit in the wells. If eggs were my only use I would probably go back to a skillet and rings.

Anyone who likes an egg and sausage muffin sandwich needs this pan. I cannot overstate how much I love it. My breakfast sandwiches beat the ones from the golden arches. Cleanup is remarkably easy, a bit of dish soap, hot water, and a two sided sponge and you are done. The one knock is that TeChef offers no lid. I fry sausage in two of the cups and eggs in the other two, and I do not even need cooking spray for the eggs, the coating is that good.

Far easier to use and clean than egg rings, and the results beat trying to shape eggs in a flat pan.

Slice of ham, an egg over medium with salt, pepper, and a dash of cayenne, and two halves of an English muffin, all cooked on one pan. That is my morning sorted. The coating makes cleanup a breeze, and I like the purple since everything else I own is grey or black.

Over a year of use and nothing sticks yet. Omelets and pancakes both come out well.

Pancakes, eggs, whatever you fancy, this is the best breakfast pan going. I love it and it washes easily.

Above all, my eggs came out exactly right, perfectly over medium on the first attempt. Problem one: because the bottom is cupped rather than flat, there is only one position on our gas range where the weight of the handle does not pull the pan sideways between the grates. Even sitting level it was precarious enough that I had to prop something under the handle off to the side, and a small pyrex measuring cup was the right height. Problem two: flipping the eggs without folding them over is tricky. I tried three sizes of flexible silicone spatula and found using two better than one. Hopefully practice helps. Flipping is harder still when you are worried about tipping the pan on the grate. I bought this because our range top is just off level enough that eggs always run to the left instead of sitting neatly, and the cupped wells solved that completely while making the eggs the right size for toast or a sandwich. Now to conquer the rest.

Mornings here always involve this pan for eggs. It works great.

Scratch proof was the claim, and after frying a single egg and a slice of bacon there are already small scratches on it. I hand washed it afterward too. That finish is not going to last.

Sturdy and straightforward to use.

They meant it when they said eggs will not stick. Half a dozen uses with nothing but a dab of butter and the eggs slide straight out.
