Q: what is the length and width. are they thick or thin

submitted by diane - 6 months ago

  • A: Hello! The TENA Sensitive Care Maximum Extra Coverage Absorbency pad measures approximately: Length: 14.96 inches Width: 5.12 inches In terms of thickness, this is not an ultra-thin pad. It’s designed for higher absorbency, so it has a bit more structure—but it’s still discreet and comfortable to wear under clothing.

Leaks on sides, so what's the point?

The only thing I like about this pad is that it is soft, not plasticky and doesn't have a funny perfumy smell. I want the company to know that I am disappointed in this pad. I had an injury so I am slow to get to the bathroom but I couldn't hold it in so had to experiment with these types of pads. It leaks on the sides right into my underwear. It's supposed to contain my pee!! My pee doesn't go anywhere else in the pad, just the middle part. I don't know how they design it better?

I like the softness of these pads, so much better than the regular pads.

Very soft. Wish I could have ordered samples.

The Tena Sensitive is the softest pad I’ve found. I ordered 2 packs of 2 different sizes. The smaller one is too small and now I’m stuck with a whole box. Wish the company offered samples so one doesn’t have to buy a whole package.

sucky pad, leaks every time!!!!

i used to wear poise until THEY changed. I switched to tena and they worked great. I did not worry about leaks or accidents. now Tena changed (to a new sensative pad) I think what that really means is lets save money and not make them as thick. I have changed my outfit 4 times today. shame on you

Product has changed for the worse!! Why??!

I have been a long-time purchaser but recently the product has changed. The edges of the pad have become irritating and causing painful rubbing on the inside of my thigh. The center pulls away from this undulating edge to clump in the middle. I see others have complained too. I am so disappointed because now I have to find another product.

TENA’s best pads by far!

Best pads for absorbency. Others leak from the sides.

Product changed/Waste of money

Not the same quality as I purchased in the past. They are irritating now. And, of course, I bought his huge package. What a waste of my money!

Not great

I like the older style better. I do not think these hold as much as the older one.

2024-2025 #5 Sensitive Care now cheaply made.

I have been buying these #5's for a few years now and used to love them. They are now cheaply made. Padding is less than half what it used to be, they bunch bad in the middle, they leak on the sides, the sticky tape on the back is thin in thickness and width that pulls apart from the pad. It is so heavenly soft because there is nothing there to do the job! Go back to the original way you manufactured these. You had a wonderful product which is now junk! Besides that I could never find these in the stores so always had to order on line. Now I won't be ordering at all. STOP changing these!

The only pad I use!

I use to use kotex but they no longer have overnight pads that are comfortable to me, I also used poise and there off brand but they changed the shape. Your product is the only one that I can use and if I had known I would have used yours so much sooner! I feel covered it's comfortable it's breathable it's the perfect pad for me, I have heavy periods and this pad is my go to I literally can't use anything else. Thank you for making this product!!!

Made the mistake of buying them twice!

They are not "fitted" for the body, i.e. same width from front to back and the 'crinkled' part around the edges irritate. Not as absorbent as other pads.
