Q: I would like to know the height of the lamp with the shade on it. Is it 16 inches for both or do I add the lamp height to the shade height that is listed in the dimensions above?

Q: Can this lamp work with a dimmable lightbulb?
A: Hello - We appreciate your interest in this item. This product has a 1-way (on/off) switch. For best use, we recommend a bulb designed for this switch. However, a dimmable bulb should work for this lamp. A dimmable bulb can work with an on/off switch, but a non-dimmable bulb cannot work with a dimmer switch.. We know you will like it. – Jacob

Q: Does this lamp come with a lamp harp? There seems to be no way to connect the shade to the base.
A: Hi jshing - Thanks for shopping for lighting at Target. This accent lamp doesn't use a harp. The lamp shade uses a drop UNO design and it will sit directly on the socket under the bulb. - Philip
