Our white beans with Hatch green chiles are inspired by the Santa Fe classic - green chili stew, which I first tried at a restaurant in that charming town’s main plaza, many years ago. What makes this dish extra special are the green chiles, grown in the Hatch valley of New Mexico by our farm-partners who have been cultivating these chiles for three generations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an easy-to-make bean dish. It just cooks in the microwave quickly. I did serve it over rice, which I do think it needs. The flavor was actually pretty tasty. I think it would look a little more appetizing if it had pieces of green chilis in it, since the sauce is pretty smooth. Also, I did not notice any potatoes in it, despite being on the ingredient list. It is a little spicy, so the spice level on the package is accurate.
So yummy and the perfect amount of spice!

I heated these in a skillet and they turned out so yummy. These beans are packed with flavor and the spices are just the icing on the cake. I will be buying these weekly for myself and my loved ones.

It comes in an easy to open package and you can just pour in a bowl and warm up. I thought they tasted okay not really in my favor tastes. But my husband really liked them. I am eager to try some of the other flavors that this company makes to see if I can find one that I like.
