I bought 3 of the serving platters and 3 sets of the towels for gifts.. there was a crack in one of the platters and dealing with customer service was so easy. I got a replacement platter within a few days. Everyone that I gave them to were very pleased with there gifts. The platter is a good size and very cute for the season, along with the matching towels. I would definitely buy again.

Really like the dishwasher magnet. Not to sure on the rugs, pretty plush for a kitchen and I'm afraid they are going to get dirty pretty fast.

This is the second gnome salt and pepper set I've purchased from Lakeside. Sadly, this set is not of the same quality. The paint is chipped on the top of one of the gnomes and it looks like a touch up was attempted. The other one has a paint drip.

I bought this Gnome magnet as a Christmas gift. I was really happy with this item but at some time in it's handlling, a corner was folded. The fold is about 2" and the material it's made of will not smooth out,and shows a crease. I will keep, a return wouldn't be practical so I'll put it on my fridge.
