This book is super sad honestly but it really does make me understand why the Evil Queen treated Snow White so badly & made me understand why she tried to kill her. Insecurities, Parental Death, Being a Single Parent, Death of a Significant Other (Husband), & Mental Illness (Anxiety & Depression) all mixed in one without help from anyone around you really can hurt someone. You also learn a really fun fact about the magic mirror from the Snow White movie which will really blow your mind! The story really made me feel for both Snow White & the Evil Queen. This series really makes you feel for both the Disney villains & the antagonists!

This is a fantastic series! I've always been a Disney fan, but found myself super curious as to the back stories after they cam out with Maleficent. I loved every book and I do recommend reading them in order.
