About the Author

Peter Allen Mann is founder and CEO of Oransi, a technology company he grew to the top 1% by revenue while achieving 95% retention rates in an industry averaging 80%. His journey from a selectively mute child, who couldn't speak in school until third grade, to CEO offers unique insights into neurodivergent leadership.
