They taste like a mix between a chewy brownie and a crunchy chocolate bar, with just the right amount of sweetness—even though there’s no sugar! The 20g of protein is a huge plus, especially when I need something quick before or after a workout, or just to get me through a busy afternoon. I also like that they’re gluten-free and low GI, so I don’t feel that usual sugar crash afterward. They’re not chalky like a lot of other protein bars I’ve tried. Honestly, I keep a couple in my purse now for when hunger hits. If you’re looking for something that actually tastes good and fills you up, give these a try!

Other than that, you can taste the chocolate. They are chewy, which I also like. They are a decent size for a quick breakfast bar or snack. They are 230 calories with no real sugar, which is a plus. I am not sure if I'd buy them again because I have others I like more, but they are an ok protien bar.

I'm a little confused on why they put five in a box instead of six, but either way, they are definitely good on the go.
