These lock in odor. These aren’t anti microbial. After washing on warm, they still stank.

I have truly loved these as overnight period panties for the past few years and I finally ordered new ones for the them to instantly rip upon first wear around the waistband area! Both new pairs!! And yes I am ordering my correct size with still room to grow in them. The material now is so unbelievably thin.. and rips extremely easily

I am a size 2x. The comfort and security I get from wearing these on heavy flow days has blown my mind. I have now bought a few times just so I have enough for the first few heavy days. For extremely heavy days I may have to change up to 2 to 3 times. Depends on your flow but I highly recommend. I wear through the night confidently too.

These are the best. I would buy so many more if they weren’t so expensive.

Soft, not too bulky, actual high waist

I liked the price, but these far more uncomfortable than the Knix underwear I own. These are tight around the tummy and the padding is more diaper-like in comparison.

Fabric is very thin and see through. After only wearing a few hours hole appeared under the elastic from taking them on and off. Elastic is very thick and strong almost like you’re wearing bike shorts so too bulky to wear with certain skirts or pants.

I LOVE these! I usually ordered straight from Thinxs website, but these are so much cheaper and they work just the same for me! 100% recommend for those looking to replace their pads or looking for a leakproof solution for overnight wear!

I am at the age where i sometimes have some leakage. I tried these as an alternative to expensive disposable incontinence underwear. I love the comfort and ease of use of these that I'm definitely going to buy several other pairs.

I never imagined I would wear period undies. I always thought the idea was kind of gross, but as every period has been different, I started struggling with tampons & sometimes the menstrual cup. When I started bleeding in the night with the cup, I couldn’t handle the thought of going back to pads, so I caved! I own 4 pairs and these are great. I love the added protection at night. So far I haven’t bled through these even if this is my only product of use. Due to menstrual bloat, I like that these are high waisted.

I wanted to fully love them, but I can’t… I love the absorbency and the fact that you don’t feel wet. AND the gusset actually comes up high enough so you’re not leaking out over the top!!! (The first Saalt ones they offered did not come up high enough in the gusset, so I REALLY appreciate the gusset in the Thinx!!! However, they do NOT fit comfortably like my other pair of Thinx underwear. It says “high waist” but it sits more mid waist and is honestly quite painful due to the sizing… I bought a 1X in both this underwear and the Thinx for All Women's Everyday Comfort Lace Leakproof Period Briefs, but they do not fit the same. The Comfort Lace ones are extremely comfortable. They sit perfectly without being too tight or too loose, staying in place and not rolling down. If I had known the high waisted ones would be tight, I would’ve bought a 2X. Still, give these a try, just know you may need to size up!

I have nerve damage in my spine, similar to MS, that create an incontinene problem. The problem becomes worse when I consume alcohol. After serveral glasses of wine I desperately needed a bathroom while quite a distance from a restroom. I leaked heavily but the moisture barrier in the underwear kept my jean dry except in the back but super happy. Thank you Thinx.

I am SO IMPRESSED by these! I’m a PCOS girlie, so when I do get my period it tends to be extremely heavy with lots of clotting. I usually need to empty a menstrual cup 3-5 times a day (if not more often) or go through a couple boxes of tampons during a cycle. I picked these up on a whim because I happened to get my first yeast infection while I was on my period, so tampons and cups were not an option. I was able to wear one pair all day long as my only form of period protection with NO LEAKS! Even when I thought I might be leaking, NOPE! I also wore a pair overnight on the heaviest day of my flow with no issues, no leaking, NOTHING! Finally, I was worried about how period underwear would *feel* especially since I clot so badly. Thankfully, I never felt any sense of moisture or wetness! I don’t understand the science behind these, but they are for sure a game changer for me! These are very comfortable and far more convenient than pads, tampons and cups! Also, yay for sustainability!

The only complaint I really have is about the waistband. The waistband is a little tight and gets uncomfortable after awhile.
