If she does bleed thru the pad, the underwear prevents bleeding thru her shorts/jeans. She likes these underwear and finds them to be comfortable. She would recommend them to all.

Only issue is that the sizing definitely runs on the smaller side i could of gone up 1 even maybe 2 sizes for a very perfect fit. I like the thickness it gives safe and secure without bulky and or clumpy! Best to wear on lighter days or as a 2nd protection. Its comfortable and breathable doesnt sag after acouple of hours or feel uncomfortable.

I've used Thinx briefs myself and loved how covered I felt, and am jealous that I didn't have this when I was a teen like my daughter. They are easy to wash. They are well made. My daughter loves her Thinx panties and hasn’t had an leak which is awesome.

My daughter has had issues with leaks before particularly overnight so this is the perfect accessory for her. While it can be used on it's own particularly on those lighter days, my daughter uses it as an extra buffer with a pad on her heavy days especially overnight. They are breathable so no need to worry about overheating or sweating. I also love that they are dark and super absorbent; she's worn them on moderate days without having any issues with leaks. I'm also a fan of the cotton material; this not only makes it breathable, but also just more comfortable than synthetic fabrics, which is a win-win. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a soft, breathable period underwear.

She was delighted that these worked so well with the absorption and not causing odors. The only negative comment was that they seemed to shrink slightly after two launder’s according to instructions.
