As you may know, we recommend putting our PODS™ in before adding laundry. Also, we recommend making sure there's enough room to dissolve properly. To get the residue off of the laundry, soak the items over night. Then, re-wash the affected garments again in your washing machine with NO laundry detergent. Store the product in a dry area and note that the product should be stored in a room-temperature environment with low humidity. Says gift card with purchase but they don’t tell you it had to be one one single purchase. Had to make two purchases so was void of the gift card. Not in the terms and conditions. Horrible customer service.

The oxide stain fighting works great. The price point is great, because like i said you dont need to use 3 pods for one load. It smells like the liquid soap and i like using the pods better because its less mess. I like that the lid is lockable so small children wouldn't be able to open it. I will definitely be buying these pods instead of the liquid detergent only because its less mess and more concentrated. Thank you for letting me try this product out!
