Non Resettable Error
Purchased six of these tiles but did not use them all right away. One was non-functioning as it showed already registered errors and this error cannot be resolved by the factory and despite it being purchased new the warranty was out of date which is only 1 yr.

Using Tile Pro as an anti theft device
Your tiles have found keys and my phone before. Sometimes my phone lost communication with all my tiles requiring a reboot of the phone. This purchase was to see if they would work as an anti theft tracker for a car and I am impressed with the number of updates I get in my area when the tile is out of range of my phone. The constant checking does put a heavy demand on my phone battery but the 1 year battery life on the tile is a big advantage over other trackers that must be frequently recharged. Registering them to make them invisible puts out a bit more personal info than I care to put on the internet and leaving them scan-able makes them traceable by a thief. Having the ability to easily lock a tile to the phone or a specific location and set off an alarm in the phone if the tile moves away would improve its value as an anti theft device.

I purchased the Tiles on 11-24-23. I just activated it this week. Today I received a message that the battery is low. Sure enough the battery is dead.

Huge time saver!
I often lose track of where I set important things down--keys backpack wallet--and the ability to make them SING has saved me loads of time and frustration already! My only complaint is that the alert feature only lets me know I've left something behind after I'm a mile down the road.

Shipped with almost dead battery.
Less than one month out of the box and I get an email from tile warning of a low battery alert. Sending units it with almost dead batteries. Neither impressed or happy.

It’s hard to push the button to get it to chime my phone. One whole side of the button doesn’t work so you have to find a special spot on the opposite side that works.
