    Non Resettable Error

    Purchased six of these tiles but did not use them all right away. One was non-functioning as it showed already registered errors and this error cannot be resolved by the factory and despite it being purchased new the warranty was out of date which is only 1 yr.

    Can't use offered functionality.

    Advertised premium services didn't work. I opted to pay extra for the premium service including lost item reimbursement. The process of registering for that involves submitting a photo of your item through the app. Every time I attempted to submit the registration form in the app it gave me an error telling me I wasn't connected to the internet. I tried multiple times over multiple days on different wifi networks and on carrier data and it always gave the same error. I opened a ticket with their support team and they never offered a fix but did provide a refund. Just a word if caution if the reimbursement option is a selling point for you.
