Pickled Crunchy Carrots / 12 oz jar = Never had a bad item from SWK, this was a first. Soft and funny tasting. Not palatable. So much for the low calorie snack. Tossed all three. I should have kept the jars and called SWK about it.

To be honest, I purchased these because they were, and are, to be an easy addition to my Thanksgiving table and I didn't have to spend time peeling carrots that nobody really eats, right? Anyway, I received these and tasted them and was shocked. They were awesome. They had a bright tangy but sweet taste that was totally unexpected. They say they're crispy but I think al dente is a bit more accurate...not mushy at all but not the hard raw carrot texture either. I'll definitely make room for these on my Thanksgiving plate!
