- Go-ahead run in game 7
Description
With the Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Indians tied, 6-6, in the top of the 10th inning in Game 7 of the 2016 World Series, Kyle Schwarber led off the inning with a single. Joe Maddon replaced Schwarber with pinch runner Albert Almora - a move that would pay dividends. In the next at-bat, Kris Bryant flew out to the deep center field, and Almora tagged-up and hustled to second base to put himself in position to score. Two at-bats later, Almora came home on a Ben Zobrist double, which helped the Cubs go on to a dramatic 8-7 win.
