This warmer stopped working after only 3 months of use. Very disappointing. And not able to return, because it's past it's 60 days.

I loved this. It just stopped turning on after 6 months. I returned it and rebought it to see if it was just a bad one. Fingers crossed next one is better.

Haven’t used the towel warmer yet. It is a Christmas present! The towel warmer is what my daughter wanted and said it is perfect!

This item broke after just over a year and I was not able to refund or replace it, of course.

Great product for a hot tub in winter. It can hold two towels and might take about 15 minutes to warm them up. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. I find the bucket version better than a wall hanging dryer like my parents used to have because it keeps the whole towel warm. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. I’m very happy with my purchase!

How did I ever live without? Luxury in a simple and elegant plug-in type canister!!! This is heaven sent. We got this as a gift and have owned it nearly 6 months. With at least twice daily use x 2 people it works fabulous and just as it did in day 1. My only pet peeve are the hard water spots inside the canister which don't seem to be removable. But they don't change performance. We highly recommend this product!!! Way to go Target.

Have had and used for less than 6 months. No longer heats up, return time expired and not able to reach Zadro. Don’t buy this item & wish Target stood by their products longer.

it broke after barely a year of use, and always made the blankets/towels smell plastic-y after warning them.

At first this was a miracle appliance. Getting out of the shower in winter and being welcomed by a nice, warm towel was heaven. About 6 weeks later, it stopped heating! The light stays blue and does not turn red or heat. I reached out to the manufacturer to see if they’ll replace but if not, it’s going back to the store.

I LOVE IT! It works great! Warms up fast, plenty of room for towels or bath sheets, doesn’t take up too much floor space.

I’ve had this towel warmer for a little bit now, I use it daily, and I’m about to buy my second warmer, my family LOVES IT! I set the timer based on my morning routine and I have a PERFECTLY WARM towel waiting for me when I get out of the shower, just like being at the spa. I’m getting a second warmer to have by the door heading out to my Jacuzzi. I’ve been moving my current warmer around because it’s really light and portable, but I shower and jacuzzi daily, so why not buy a second? I did a lot of market research and this is THE BEST DEAL out there, I also like that it has a big bucket and can hold several towels. The white color is neutral, so the color scheme works wherever I put it, I also like the bamboo handle and feet, it has a sophisticated look. My girls said it feels like taking clothes out of the dryer, I think it feels like heaven, especially when there is a chill in the air. Do yourself a favor and experience the luxury of warmth. We love this item.
