Negative reviews have been piling up here on your site for years. All with the same experience as ours-crumbly crackers. We keep buying them in hopes that it’s just a fluke but we’ve had enough now. Why do you not provide a solution based on all of this feedback. Why can’t you make the crackers the way they used to be made-crumble free? Please We beg you.

I have been buying Town House crackers for many years. I won’t buy them anymore. You can’t get them out of the wrapper without them crumbling into little pieces.

My family and I love these crackers. The flavors are spot on, however they crumble so easily. Please, please, please try and make them stronger. The last box we received, everyone we’d pick up out of the package just crumbled on a slight touch. And that’s one reason, a major reason we don’t like them!

Almost 3/4 of crackers were broken. When using the cracker the unbroken crackers mostly crumbled when using cheese dip. Not worth the price when almost unusable.

The crackers are great tasting, however it doesn’t seem to matter where I buy them at least 1/3 of each tube is just crumbs and pieces. I get very few whole crackers out of each box, seems a waste of money.

I have purchased these crackers for years. I have tried many different crackers but always come back to Town House Original. I would have given 5 stars 4 out of 5 I had a few boxes where the cracker just falls apart. Maybe it’s because it is sooo fresh?! I don’t know. I have my crackers daily with my strawberry smoothie! Don’t knock it until you try it. Go ahead dip that cracker, I dare you!

Love these crackers and used to buy all the time. Last 4 purchases the crackers are mostly broken and if you want to add any spead on them you can forget it. They break with the slightest pressure. Just use them with soup now.

Townhouse and Club are not even close to the same cracker they were when they were made by Keebler (pre 2019). The entire snack cracker industry is manufacturing cheap tasteless products and they think nobody notices!

I, too, have to agree with most of the reviews left just in the last two weeks even. I have been a fan of Town House crackers for many decades but I guess not in the future. My last two boxes had literally only 7 fully intact crackers between all the sleeves. I defy the CEO to use these in the next event at his/her home using store bought (versus getting directly off the production floor itself) packages. Maybe then this company will finally get why all these awful reviews keep happening. I gave up reading the reviews after just the last couple of weeks but saw that there are many for quite a long period of time -- about the time of the company separation it seems. Hmmm..........
