TP Toys QuadPod Swing Seat

BUYER BEWARE! TPToys, 4 in 1 swing dropped my granddaughter! I had it in the toddler position. I have a long email feed with Jackie Price, the company's lead advisor, due to my granddaughter falling out of the 4 in 1 swing. I reported the incident and Jackie did nothing but argue it was not possible. She said she and a colleague were unable to pull the straps through the slits. I responded with a hypothesis of the c clips being able to pull through the seat from the normal Florida heat, plus the 32 pounds of weight and gravity pulling down, because I was unable to put the c clips back through the slits and make a video of them being pulled out again per her request. I shared a lot of images of the plastic at the slits without the straps on, the lightened areas at the edges of the slits, from the tension of the c clips pulling through when it dropped my granddaughter, and even a picture of my granddaughter in the swing before she fell because Jackie said it was not possible the straps were on her. The straps came pre installed, the picture shows them used properly on my granddaughter. She said this incident does not warrant further investigation, because the seat has been sold for over 10 years and there are no other reports. I am grateful my granddaughter only sustained scrapes and bruising, and not a broken arm or leg from this incident. All incidents warrant investigation when a child's safety is at risk. I didn't want to take the time to report this mild injury to the company, because I juggle a household of 8, plus have my granddaughter over once or twice a week, but did because I don't want other children to get hurt. I am truly shocked at the lack of concern/care by this company. I wish I could be leaving a 5 star rating, explaining amazing customer service, but instead, I am here to make others aware that their child could fall from the 4 in 1 swing and TPtoys does not care. They need to switch their c clips to larger, flattened washers like car seat, booster seat, and highchair companies use, and falls will not happen.

Mom ended up buying this item a few weeks ago. We mounted this under the deck in our back yard and baby absolutely loves it! We have so far only used the setting with all of the parts, but looking forward to being able to continue using it as he gets older. The material is sturdy and the swing went together easily.

No frame guess I should of read better
