  • A: The answer above, from Juliette, does NOT make sense. Someone posted a photo of it in one of the reviews which matches the Target photo. I'd guess the depth is between 5 to 6 inches.

  • A: Hello Cyn - Keeping your car tidy, all while conserving space is the idea of this smart trash bin. The straps should allow for adjustment to angle it closing to the rear of the seat. We have found it helpful to anchor it using Velcro strips when you'd like it to fit snuggly to the seat. Make sure the car seat is a safe material for anything you may adhere to it.     This is a great item, so versatile! I don’t use it as a trash can. I have it hanging in my back seat, where it holds all my umbrellas, cleaning brushes, and ice scraper!     Gets the job done

    Nice sized trash bin for my car. I have found that using a grocery sack as a liner helps to prevent the smell of garbage. It's easy to just grab the bag out of the bin to throw away.

    Functions in the Florida heat

    I was skeptical about this product because the Florida heat tends to do a number on any plastic items left in my car long-term. But this trash can is still functional.     Actual False Advertisement

    The pictures show that the trashcan can be extended vertically by turning around the flaps that hold the hooks. But the flaps are not designed to be taken out, let alone turned around. Look at the picture with the trash bin in the car and tell me how the trash bin is being held up.

    Must Have Bin!

    Must have for the car. It is large so it can be fitted with a trash bag. I like this one as it can easily be wiped down and/or washed. We have three in our transit van, one for trash and a couple for holding toys, books and tablets. The price is also great in comparison to the fabric ones on Amazon. Super useful and versatile!
