Q: Why does Target.com list the ingredients as containing egg whites? The product does not contain egg ingredients at all, so I find that extremely misleading and in need of correction.

I am so happy I found this pasta! My husband usually has a inflammatory reaction to pasta (sore joints, etc) but he can eat this with no issues. Normally I can't stand the taste of "healthier" pastas made of wheat and other wholesome ingredients. If I weren't buying this myself, I would never know it's better for me pasta.

It tastes like regular spaghetti! I have tried countless chickpea and lentil pasta varieties. While some are okay, nothing has compared to the real deal. Until now. The texture and taste are fantastic. And I’m so happy to be feeding myself and my family pasta with greater protein and fiber content. I will definitely be buying this again!

so much better than the red lentil one and the chickpea one from barilla. this one tastes the most "normal" to me and cooks the most similarly. 10 g of protein per serving compared to the 12 g in the chickpea one. i can forego the 2 g less for better taste and texture.
