Don't believe the cook in 7-9 minutes package directions. You need to cook for around double the time to achieve a pasta that's indistinguishable from regular pasta. A much healthier option with added benefits.

Great option for Autistic folks and those with food aversions
We have tried so many different pastas trying to find one with more protein that the kids actually liked. Having Autistic family members can make nutritious meal planning difficult, especially when dealing with food aversions or having a very small amount of ‘safe foods’. I definitely recommend anyone with a neurodivergent family member who lives off of beige foods to try this. The safest option we have found is serving it cooked, plain, and letting them add what they like.

My new fav go to pasta
I’ve tried a number of healthier pasta options. I didn’t care for the penne version of this - you could tell it was a protein pasta and stiff, but this one is fantastic. I think I could feed this to anyone without them knowing the difference, and being vegetarian I’m always looking for more ways to add protein to my diet - with pasta it was usually blending some beans into the sauce. This will make it even better. I will keep this stocked from now on.
