I absolutely love that this pasta is so high in protein and fiber. You would never know. I just make a baked pasta dish for my family using it and it was a huge hit. It doesn't have the slightly off taste like some high fiber pasta does.

This is the only pasta I have bought for many years now. Really delicious, even plain. It tastes almost exactly like regular pasta, simillar texture, etc. My kids eat it and don't know the difference. Comparable in calories, but way more protein instead of empty carbs. I wish it weren't so expensive, the price was outrageous even before inflation got out of control. Also, bow tie and macaroni versions used to be available, but I can't seem to find those any more.

Tastes similar to regular pasta. Has a great texture when cooked properly. We like the added protein. It keeps us full without having to eat more than normal. It's great for my kids (2 under age 7). They don't always eat their proteins, I feel good about giving them this pasta.

If you have a buttered noodle kid, first of all; hi, same. Godspeed. I switched to this because unlike the other “protein pastas” this one is actually undetectable by texture in comparison to regular pasta and adds some extra macros for my very picky and underweight kid. The spaghetti version of this is good as well. We probably won’t be buying ~regular~ pasta again because what’s the point when this is so good?
