These were recommended to me by a nutritionist and they do not disappoint! I love to meal prep Mexican Street Corn Pasta Salad Jars using this pasta and it’s in my regular rotation now. Also delicious in a hot pasta dish.

This pasta in all of its fun shapes has become such a staple in our home. With three vegetarians (and two meat eaters) the added protein is welcomed! Very few items pass the taste test of all three children and this one is a hit every single week!
