This stuff is great! Reminds me a lot of the taste of the bunny brand's boxed mac n cheese, but this has 15g of protein!! Trying to eat healthier and lose weight means I have been trying to find substitutes for some of the previous choices I made to eat occasionally now, and looking for versions where I get a little more "good" than "bad" in the ways of nutritional value. Everything in moderation, and this at least adds some more protein to my day when I want an easy and yummy dinner. Steamed some peas for some fiber as a side! Can't wait to try the "Down the Hatch" ones too to see if they are spicy!
