I'm not sure if I bought a bad box of this pasta, but I was surprised when it left a sour aftertaste in my mouth. After cooking this pasta, all I added was unsweetened almond milk and the powdered pack of seasoning. The noodles were your standard Kraft-like noodles, but the sour aftertaste threw me off.

One of our favorite mac and cheese options, I can’t say Cacio E Pepe is my favorite flavor of goodies but my kids will never pass up on a new flavor! My only recommendation is to add more liquid or butter than the recipe calls for because it can tend to be on the drier side
