good flavor, creamy sauce
this is my 1st box of goodles powder mix mac and cheese and it was very tasty! I'm so pleasantly surprised, I've never had cacio e pepe before and was worried i wouldn't like the taste or it'd be too peppery but it was perfect. i used the optional way to make the sauce (pasta water and butter) since milk upsets my stomach and i had no ill effects unlike regular powder mac and cheese. i agree with the other review that said use more liquid, i used almost 1/3 cup pasta water instead of 1/4 cup.

After cooking this pasta, all I added was unsweetened almond milk and the powdered pack of seasoning. The noodles were your standard Kraft-like noodles, but the sour aftertaste threw me off.

Highly recommend! I added butter but otherwise followed directions. So good!! I’ve tried many high protein and high fiber noodles and Goodles are by far the best! Almost exactly like regular noodles and the sauce was awesome! Will be a regular staple in our cupboard. Get them. You won’t be sorry!

One of our favorite mac and cheese options, I can’t say Cacio E Pepe is my favorite flavor of goodies but my kids will never pass up on a new flavor! My only recommendation is to add more liquid or butter than the recipe calls for because it can tend to be on the drier side

This flavor was really good. I added more protein by sautéing some rotisserie chicken, red onion, and garlic. Added that to the noodles prepared using the pasta water instead of milk. It was phenomenal. Way better than Kraft!
