One of our favorite mac and cheese options, I can’t say Cacio E Pepe is my favorite flavor of goodies but my kids will never pass up on a new flavor! My only recommendation is to add more liquid or butter than the recipe calls for because it can tend to be on the drier side

This flavor was really good. I added more protein by sautéing some rotisserie chicken, red onion, and garlic. Added that to the noodles prepared using the pasta water instead of milk. It was phenomenal. Way better than Kraft!

This was so good. I made it using the alternative directions (1/4 cup pasta water and 2 tbsp butter) it was so good. I chose to barely salt the pasta water because I saw reviews saying it was pretty salty. Turned out fantastic. I would absolutely get this again. Definitely trying more flavors. (Only wish they were a little cheaper)

They raised the price by around 40% since the last time I bought it a couple weeks ago, as if it wasn't already expensive. Unfortunately it's one of the only healthier things my toddler will eat almost every time. You need to salt the water, add frozen peas, drain it when the noodles seem slightly undercooked because they get soft & bland easily. Add 2Tbs butter & milk to taste. I add Tapatio hot sauce to the other flavors (don't like the truffle or hatch) but not this one because of the pepper
