Was so excited to try this product since it would be an easy to keep in my bag for work. Noodles softened but were not fully cooked and cheese sauce was very watery. Taste was off too.

Both my teen boys agree that this is the best microwaveable mac'n'cheese they've had. If that isn't an endorsement, I don't know what is! I tried one for myself and totally agree it tasted great. It's microwavable, so if you are going in with those expectations, it's a top option.

I LOVE the stovetop Goodles (although I think the cook time on the box's instructions need to be doubled to get the noodles soft enough) - so I was excited to try these new microwaveable versions. I'm actually surprised the company let these hit the shelves, because there needs to be more rounds of product/recipe development, in my opinion. I bought 3 separate containers of these, and after the first one turned out completely dry and undercooked, I tried for the other two containers experimenting with adding more water & microwave time but it only slightly helped, if at all. They just taste off since the noodles won't get soft and fluffy. I think they (Goodles) will eventually get there and hopefully release an improved version. I'm just surprised that anyone would think these turn out good enough to hit the shelves, especially with the provided instructions.
