Made this 2x and each time the bottom of the container burnt in the microwave. Similar to the other review with photos, it smelled like it was burning. This never happens with anything else in my microwave so I’m assuming it’s a packaging issue. The mac & cheese itself tastes fine but the burnt smell kind of ruins it

Burned in the microwave
I have tried to make these 3 separate times and each time the cup has burned after only 2 minutes (supposed to cook for 4). It smelled like it was going to catch on fire. I realize my microwave may be more powerful than some but it seems like this should have been rigorously tested before hitting shelves.

It Is Cheap Quality With A Premium Price
It's not bad. I would say it tastes about as good as one would expect from something like this. My only real complaint is with the quality and the price. The quality & taste of this mac and cheese is essentially the same as Kraft Mac & Cheese, yet they have it priced higher, as if it's a premium product with premium ingredients and that's just not the case. This should cost about the same as Kraft. Do not let this new age "premium" packaging fool you. This is just your average boxed / cupped mac and cheese.

Doesn't Cook Well

These need to update the recipe/instructions and then re-release!
I LOVE the stovetop Goodles (although I think the cook time on the box's instructions need to be doubled to get the noodles soft enough) - so I was excited to try these new microwaveable versions. I'm actually surprised the company let these hit the shelves, because there needs to be more rounds of product/recipe development, in my opinion. I bought 3 separate containers of these, and after the first one turned out completely dry and undercooked, I tried for the other two containers experimenting with adding more water & microwave time but it only slightly helped, if at all. They just taste off since the noodles won't get soft and fluffy. I think they (Goodles) will eventually get there and hopefully release an improved version. I'm just surprised that anyone would think these turn out good enough to hit the shelves, especially with the provided instructions.
