These cook up quickly and taste great. I like that there is a variety of ingredients with higher protein and fiber content. And the cheese…! There’s a generous portion in a pouch that is just the right level of creamy. So good.

Definitely THE BEST boxed mac n cheese I’ve ever had. I added black pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes, and a little bit of grated parmesan and it was phenomenal. I could eat this every day, it’s addicting.

I had been seeing the Goodles Ched Over Heels in my local supermarket for quite sometime and was always intrigued. I am a vegetarian, so making sure that I get adequate amounts of protein is very important. My favorite thing about this shells and cheese is that it has 16 g of protein per serving! That is incredible! I’ve never had or even seen a mac and cheese product with that much protein per serving! After seeing it in the store and passing by it for a while, today 7/6/25, I finally decided to splurge and purchase a box. It is a bit small than other brands of shells and cheese and a bit pricier than the others, but for the amount of protein I’m getting, it’s worth it. As far as taste, it could use a bit more flavor - a bit bland. I added spices such as dill, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to give it a little more flavor. All in all, it was good - a product I’d buy from time to time when I want cheesy pasta. I forgot to mention that I paired it with leftover Fourth of July food. A great addition.

Goodles is one of my favourite brands. I’m a massive fan of how they combine protein heavy and nostalgic foods into one. Their spin on shells and cheese are my favourite—while the white cheddar is my favourite in the lineup, the regular cheddar is just as good. Love the creaminess and flavor.

Super cheesy and delicious! The powdered version tastes like Kraft while this version tastes more like Velveeta. Both are good in my opinion but if you want it to taste like the powdered version, you’ll probably be disappointed. I hope Target has another sale on Goodles soon so I can stock up again.

Definitely appreciate the ease of packaging already-prepared cheese sauce, which easily mixes in with the noodles.

This is a good alternative to Velveeta Shells and Cheese, which is my ultimate comfort meal. The Goodles version was just okay. I think it is a little pricey, but you are paying for better ingredients. I found the sauce to be much too thick, but it was more palatable after being thinned out with a little bit of milk. The color is a neon, Cheeto orange color, which is pretty off-putting.

Passable. The sauce was florissant orange, almost flavorless and just didn’t provide like the original box.

Not my favorite goodles product. Did not have the same great taste as the other box options/flavors.

Awful. So rich, like disgustingly rich. Very salty. It was inedible in my opinion. I LOVE the powdered goodles, but these were awful. I returned the second box. And I never go through that hassle.

I had low expectations but thought this one tasted good! There was a higher cheese to pasta ratio though. I definitely could’ve either added more pasta or reserved some sauce for another meal. Smallish portion for 2 people, I ate the entire thing myself. Kind of pricey. But pleasantly surprised.

I really like the ingredients and it doesn't taste overly processed, I just wish they didn't use such sharp cheeses. They say it's just mild cheddar but it tastes extra sharp the way it punches your taste buds lol. The price is also at least 2x more than the next leading brand, which isn't ENTIRELY a bad thing, it just means less people can/will buy it (me being one of those people).

I love Goodles and was excited to try this version of their product line. Unfortunately the amount of pasta in the box is tiny. Especially for the price. 3.99 for 2.5 servings? Sure! But put more noodles in the box. Then I will happily purchase.

I loved the flavor of this cheesy goodness pasta. It was more filling than I thought it would be. You need this in your pantry for those nights you need a quick dinner
