The only thing I didn't really like about the pasta is that corn is the first ingredient. If it was organic corn that would be better, but its most likely a gmo corn. Other than that, it was fine.

Flavor i would give 6 out of of 10, but there is a funky almost fermented (i would say) aftertaste. The texture i would give 7 out of 10 as it is a little bit chewy. The sauce i would give 8 out 10, but of course homemade sauce is always better than any boxed stuff. Overall, well worth it to try product.

The taste and texture are great and compare well to traditional pasta. I like how the pasta is fortified with a lot of vitamins and minerals. Overall, another great product and I would get it again.

Taste is different, but if you are using some type of sauce on it the taste is good and it's gluten-free. Better and healthier for you.
