These little gnocchi are a great gluten-free find. They have a soft, pillowy texture and hold their shape well without getting gummy. The mini size cooks quickly and is perfect for creamy sauces or simple butter and parmesan. You’d honestly never guess they’re gluten-free—definitely a pantry staple for an easy, comforting meal.

Delicious flavor and texture
This quick cooking pasta is ready in less than 5 minutes. Sometimes gluten free items don’t have the same flavor or texture but I cannot tell the difference between the gnocchi I used to buy that contained gluten and these gluten free version. They are delicious! I love red sauce so I prepared them with my usual homemade tomato based sauce. The box says they are mini but they are the typical size of any gnocchi I’ve ever had so I’m not sure why they say they are mini. Anyways, I will most definitely be a repeat customer!

Delicious
Really enjoyed this gnocchi. So easy to make. Just boiled and added it to my favorite pasta. This was enough for my husband and i paired with a steak on the side. Really great quailty gnocchi. Recommend for a quick dinner.

Yummy in the tummy
Yum yum yum! Was honestly so impressed with the quality and taste and texture of this product. And the best part was… Drum Roll Please… My kids loved it too! What a win! We did a very simple butter and garlic sauce and it was just delicious. Highly recommend.

Great for GF!
These are delicious! I have celiac disease and I’ve had to eat gluten free for the past four and a half years since my diagnosis. I used to love pasta in all forms, but most GF pasta leaves much to be desired. These were so good, though! I made them with the “lemony cream” sauce suggested on the box (found a recipe online) and wow! So good!

Hooray for a gluten free option!
I have had celiac disease for over a decade and have had to give up many of my favorite dishes. I used to make gnocchi on nights when I didn’t have time to cook a big meal. This gnocchi would pair well with any sauce. The only thing I found disappointing is that it doesn’t stand well on its own. That’s being said, I’m thrilled to be able to once again have my favorite cream of chicken soup with gnocchi.

Delicious!
These gnocchi were delicious and easy to make. Such an easy and fast meal idea and great for those who can’t have gluten. Also nice that it didn’t need refrigeration before cooking. I would recommend for all.

Great gluten free gnocchi! Good texture!
I really loved this gluten free mini gnocchi from Delallo. This is made with just a few decent ingredients and I love that it's made with mostly potatoes. I used this gnocchi in a chicken gnocchi soup and cooked it according to the box directions. It didn't take long to cook and the texture of the gnocchi in the soup was delicious. It didn't get too soggy or gummy like gluten free ingredients can and it even held up well as leftovers. I would definitely purchase this again!

Taste great, love the mini size!
I actually prefer these mini gnocchi over the regular ones. They cook quickly, and their smaller size makes them perfect for kids. Even though they’re made with 85% potatoes, I find the flavor just as delicious as versions with a higher potato content. My husband noticed a slight difference in texture, but he still thought they were tasty. Overall, they’re convenient, kid‑friendly, and a great alternative to traditional gnocchi.

Tasty side
The gnocchi was good. I really liked the size of it as they were bite-sized. They cooked up well and quickly. There was really only about 2 servings so if you’re trying to feed a family as part of the main dish you may need to get multiple boxes. Toddler enjoyed them as well.

Delicious!
I love the texture of this gnocchi. Love that it is gluten free. I do think that the portion amount is small. The box serves 2, which I didn’t realize when I got it. So, I had to combine with another package. I made gnocchi pomodoro and the pasta held up nicely to the sauce.

Tasty gnocchi!
I'm a fan of this mini gnocchi! I have paired it with alfredo or a vodka sauce and it's even tasty plain with a bit of parmesan. I have to eat gluten free and this is a quite satisfying side dish that even my kids will eat with me. Very good.

Yummy.
This is my first time trying gnocchi. I must say im not mad at it! The flavor is nice, cooked really well. Its soft and very filling. A nice thing to have as a staple in any cabinet. Theres so much you can do with it. I paired it with pasta sauce, chicken topped with cheese.

High quality gnocchi!
This is a great gnocchi! The taste and texture are perfection and I could not be more satisfied with this product! I love how the gnocchi is made mostly from potato and I can actually taste the potatoes. All the ingredients are natural and perfectly complement each other. The texture is soft and still chewable. Very airy and pillowy clouds of perfection. I made an Alfredo sauce to go with this gnocchi and it was divine. I love the size of the pasta too. I highly recommend this pasta!

Great gnocchi!
This gnocchi is very delicious and brings authentic Italian food straight to my home! The pasta is perfectly and uniformly shaped and just the right portion size too. The pasta is super tasty yet fluffy and pillowy. There is a good chew to the potato pasta. It complements Alfredo sauce perfectly. I will be getting more of these in the future. Highly recommended!

Tiny package but delivers!
I want to preface that gluten free pasta can be incredibly difficult to do correctly so when offered this pasta to supplement dinner I figured I'd try it out! Texture was great, prep was easy and I loved how easy it was to add to tlny slow cooker chicken meal we made. Overall I loved the flavor and texture and will definitely be purchasing again. As a disclosure I did receive this item in exchange for my honest review. Any opinions are my own.

Got this product from HeyBullseye. It did take quite long for it to arrive. I was excited since I had not seen gluten free gnocchi before! I also like that they were mini. They cooked nicely. I’ve never had gnocchi before so I wasn’t sure what sauce to pair it with. Marinara was delish!

Delicious and gluten-free
These are a great find. They are not mushy at all. The size is perfect for holding onto sauce. I love that they are shelf-stable, so I can keep them in my pantry for a busy night. It is hard to find good gluten-free Italian food, but DeLallo did a great job with these.
