Trying gluten free noodles

They are gluten free, non-GMO, and made with just rice and water which makes them a clean and simple choice. I used them in a homemade Pad Thai and they turned out chewy yet tender, holding up beautifully when tossed with the sauce. The noodles absorbed the sweet, tangy flavors of the tamarind sauce and paired perfectly with chicken, peanuts, bean sprouts, and lime. These really hold flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In these really take on the flavors you season with! I used sesame oil in my base and the flavor was highlighted before even adding anything else. In that case, perhaps consider how potent your other ingredients are so you don't overpower. I didn't use an entire box, so I put the remaining in a ziplock bag and back in the box- easy storage.

The best Pad Thai noodles!

Gluten free winner

Noodle Texture

Wouldn't purchase

Just as good as takeout!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves takeout and I also make teriyaki chicken and chicken fried rice frequently at home. When I added these noodles as an alternative to rice with the teriyaki chicken, it disappeared in seconds. The kids loved the option and raved about how it's "just like takeout" now, so it made this meal feel even more complete. We have a family of 7 and the box is a good amount of noodles for us as an addition to the option of having rice. I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review, and I can truly say we will buy these the next time we make a takeout style meal at home!

SO GOOD

I had a few family member try as well who typically prefer thin noodles and they loved them as well. Very easy to make and soak up sauce and flavor perfectly. They were also great the next day heated up still firm with a good chew.
